By launching initiatives such as PM Kishan, PM Krishi Sinchayi Yojana, and Kisan Credit Card for the first time we have put the farmers at the core of holistic development. We are determined to bring real change to farmers’ life. We are resolute to double the income of farmers in West Bengal by upgrading agricultural infrastructure, marketing, and extending financial assistance to farmers, fishermen, and other allied sectors.
For the first time, crores of Indians have access to free of cost quality healthcare services through schemes such as Ayushman Bharat. Through time gigantic policy moves, the NDA Government has made the health and welfare of citizens the core of governance. We pledge to bring real change to West Bengal’s healthcare system and bring the same focus to the health and wellbeing of the people of West Bengal. Robust world-class infrastructure, quality, and trained personnel, and adequate funding will ensure that West Bengal provides affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare to all its citizens.
In past couple of years, the PM has restored the faith of people in government by providing a corruption-free, efficient, and depoliticized system of governance. Our vision for West Bengal is to bring in real change and usher in a new era of Golden Bengal where governance is transparent, accountable, free from political agenda, and citizens have assured justice.

We have paid special focus to areas that were left behind through initiatives like Aspirational Districts Programme, special packages for backward regions, and other schemes. In past couple of years, the Central government has developed robust infrastructure through schemes such as PM Gram Sadak Yojana, Bharatmala Pariyojana, PM Awas Yojana, etc., ensuring that the smallest of the villages are connected to the farthest corners of the country. Through the expansion of highways, railways, airports, and access to basic amenities like power, water, housing, and sanitation facilities we are delivering on our promise of improved quality of life. We pledge to bring real change in every village, town, and city of Bengal. World-class infrastructure will be the foundation of Golden Bengal.
Preserving and promoting India’s culture and heritage has been the aim of the NDA-led government through schemes like PRASHAD, Swadesh Darshan, etc. West Bengal, being the state that precipitated the cultural renaissance in the country, deserves to be crowned as the Cultural Capital of India. We pledge to restore West Bengal’s glory by promoting and conserving the vibrant Bengali culture to create a Golden Bengal.
For past couple of years, we have unlocked the tourism potential of the country by promoting India as a global stage. West Bengal has been gifted with a diverse topography from serene mountains in the north to pristine beaches in the south. We envisage the tourism experience in West Bengal to be sustainable, comfortable, and exciting to ensure that the world is able to come and experience Golden Bengal.
It is our vision to make Kolkata the engine of development of the state and all of Eastern India. We will bring real change to Kolkata’s cityscape by building world-class infrastructure, boosting its economy, ensuring cleanliness, and providing a safe environment to its residents. We will lead Kolkata towards a new era by making it the City of Future and fitting capital of Golden Bengal.
The Central Government has upheld the ancient Indian philosophy of living in harmony with nature by ensuring environmental consciousness in all its initiatives such as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Namami Gange Project, and unprecedented investment in clean energy. We wow to make a real change in the state to make a sustainable Golden Bengal.

Unlocking the potential of the youth of the country through policies and schemes such as National Education Policy 2020, Skill India Programme, Startup India Scheme has been a priority for the central government. Bringing the same agenda to West Bengal, we want to make sure that the youth have access to quality education and better employment opportunities. We want to make sure that youth will be the flag bearers of real change in the state to pave the path for Golden Bengal.
