Law & Order Under Scanner Over Ram Navami Clashes | Mamata Banerjee Blames BJP Goons, BJP Hits Back

There have been incidents of violence and arson in West Bengal’s Howrah, North Dinajpur and Hooghly districts during the Ram Navami processions taken out by BJP and VHP on 30th March, Thrusday and 2nd April, Sunday. Several vehicles were set on fire and some people were injured in the clashes between two groups. The chief minister Mamata Banerjee has blamed the BJP for changing the route of the procession and targeting a particular community. The BJP has accused Banerjee of being responsible for the violence and hiring goons from outside the state. The police have deployed Rapid Action Force (RAF) personnel to bring the situation under control.

This is an alarming situation that needs to be addressed urgently. It is essential for the government and law enforcement agencies to take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. It is also the responsibility of the people to maintain peace and cooperate with the authorities to ensure the safety of all citizens.
I hope that the situation in West Bengal calms down and that everyone can celebrate their religious festivals peacefully and with mutual respect for each other’s beliefs.
